Terms and Conditions

Payment

The full balance to be paid on arrival with your pets. All prices are per day with arrival and departure days to be charged at the full day rate.

Non Collection

If you do not collect your pets within fourteen days of the agreed date Noahs Ark reserve the right to re-home the animals if no contact can be made.

Any costs involved will be the responsiblility of the owner and we may take legal advice to recuperate any costs incurred.

Fatalities

Noahs Ark accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst in our care. We cannot accept any responsibilty for infections from such as Diarrhoea, Fly Strike, Mites ect. but will do our utmost to prevent such illnesses.

Please be assured that all animals in our care will receive exceptional care at all times.

Drop off & Collection Times

Drop off times must be agreed in advance and approximate collection time agreed on arrival with your pets.

Illness

All animals boarding with Noahs Ark should be in good health and any medical condition must be discussed with us in advance before we are able to board your pet.

If for any unforseen circumstances your pet becomes ill during their stay at Noahs Ark we will whenever possible contact you.

Your pet will receive treatment from your nominated vet. We reserve the right to seek medical attention from our local vet, if non given or if your practice is more than five miles from Noahs Ark. Any cost incurred must be paid for in full at time of collection.

Vaccinations

We will not accept any rabbits at Noahs Ark unless an up-to-date certificate of vaccination against Myxomatosis and VHD is provided on arrival.

Guinea pigs and other small pets do not require any vaccination.

All pets left at Noahs Ark are left entirely at your own risk. We do not accept any liability if your pet becomes ill or death occurs whilst your pet stays at Noahs Ark. We accept no liability for any injuries sustained by you on our premises.
